The Brazilian Society of Cardiology, founded in 1943, in line with the constant evolution of medicine, specialty and meet the needs of the community in general has mission to increase and diffuse knowledge in cardiovascular science, represent and promote the development of the cardiologist and take action in support of cardiovascular health in the country.

Brazilian Archives of Cardiology (Arq Bras Cardiol)
official scientific publication of the Brazilian Society of Cardiology (SBC) and the main vehicle for the dissemination of Brazilian scientific research in the area of cardiovascular sciences. It is published in two languages and indexed in major international databases (ISI Web of Science; Cumulated Index Medicus - MEDLINE, EMBASE, Scopus, SciELO and LILACS).
International Journal of Cardiovascular Sciences (Int J Cardiovasc Sci.)
Published by the Brazilian Society of Cardiology, published bimonthly. Created in 2015, this journal succeeds its predecessors, Journal SOCERJ and Journal of Cardiology, created in 1998 and 2010, respectively.

Brazilian Archives of Cardiology Cardiovascular Imaging (Arq Bras Cardiol: cardiovasc image)
It is the official journal of the Department of Cardiovascular Imaging of the Brazilian Society of Cardiology.
